I dont mind waiting when you guys are clearly busy. What had me leaving was waiting patiently for ovee an hour only to have you guys repeatedly serve customers that walked in behind me. Apparently they were only going to be quick so you served them first... Only problem was most of them were not quick at all.
Tell your staff to spend more time working on customer service and less on maintaining their hairstyles.
