    Absolute terrible service. Rude staff/reception that couldn’t care less and have no idea what they’re doing. Have been waiting months for my appointment and has been cancelled twice, don’t bother going here.

    No voicemail
    No disabled access
    No one answers the phone or emails when you email and then when they did - book you in for an appointment- they say they can get u in real quick - they forget to tell u it's a buy-in- so your real appointment will be in a few months when your put back on the list and they will also try to sell you to pay additional fees for their 'better' psychologists.
    By far the lowest standard for a professional practise I have seen and sadly it's I mental health where the patients need a high level of professionalism and deserve it.

    I arranged for an appointment 3 months ago for my son to sit an IQ test. At the time I had to fill out a questionnaire and pay a $150 holding deposit to secure the booking.
    I am on leave and took the kids to the beach today. At lunch I checked my phone.. I’d received two text messages. One wishing to confirm the booking for Monday and a second text stating that the booking had been cancelled because I hadn’t responded. They gave me less than 3 hours to respond. This is for an appointment that I’d waited months for!
    They stated, ‘The appointment has now been cancelled. If you would like to book this assessment back in the full fee of $500 is payable at the time of booking’.
    So they’re not only cancelling my appointment, but are taking my money also. Next time I have to pay the full fee upfront at booking time and kiss goodbye the money I’ve already paid apparently??? All because I didn’t see their text and respond instantly.
    Obviously I phoned the receptionist straight away. She was new, her first day apparently!! I was trying to make sense of it all and salvage my appointment. She was extremely rude and uncompromising. So naturally I became a little frustrated and the minute I did so, she hung up. Tried phoning back a few times. Straight to voicemail. It seems that they don’t even want customers. Just deposit holding fees that you will never see again.

    0/5 absolutely poor customer service and patient care, booked appointment 4+ months in advance only to be called afternoon prior to let me know they had given my appointment to "someone who needed it more" and told me next available wasn't for a further 6 months. Working in a clinical practise personally, this was by far the most in professional experience I have ever encountered. Will be advising my GP contacts to avoid recommendation and referral. If you're suffering mental illness do not go here, unless you want said current illness exasperated by appalling professionalism and utter disrespect. EDIT** Positive reviews are FAKE accounts, furthering my point on lack of professionalism.

    Amazing place, and amazing people. Very straight forward front desk staff, this doesn't work for everyone, but makes it much easier for many with Neurodivergence.
